Another player joins Georgia Football through the Transfer Portal. Benjamin Yurosek was signed by the Dawgs on Friday. Yurosek was
regarded as one of the top tight ends in the nation and in the Pac-12 during his four years as a player at Stanford.
Yurosek was a productive player while attending Stanford. Over the previous three years, he has started and caught 108 balls for 1,342
yards. With 658 receiving yards, Yurosek led the Cardinals as their top receiver in 2021.
Yurosek caught 16 passes for 239 yards in just six games during the 2023 season. Due to a shoulder injury, he missed half the season.
He shouldn’t be affected in the slightest for the 2024 season due to the injury.

The Dawg’s tight end room was already loaded with talent before Yurosek decided to come to Athens. The Dawgs have Oscar Delp, a
rising junior who filled in for Bowers when he was injured. Delp had 24 catches for 284 yards and three touchdowns in 2023 and looks
to have an even bigger 2024.
Furthermore, the Dawgs have Lawson Luckie, Pearce Spurlin III, Colton Heinrich, and Jaden Reddell, all at the tight end position. It
will be interesting to see what the Dawgs’ offense can do with that much talent at one position.
Since the Transfer Portal opened in December, the Dawgs have added guys on the offensive side of the ball. Trevor Etienne, Colbie
Young, Michael Jackson III, and Landon Humphries are all offensive
