- Blackburn Rovers are on the verge of selling midfielder Adam Wharton to Crystal Palace in a club-record deal.
The Adam Wharton transfer saga is almost over, with Blackburn Rovers closing in on a deal to sell the teenage midfielder in a club-record deal to Premier League outfit Crystal Palace…..

Palace had a first bid worth £18.5 million turned down last week, according to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, but the Eagles have been preparing a fresh offer for the 19-year-old, with The Sun’s Alan Nixon claiming that a £22 million package—£18 million in guaranteed money plus £4 million in add-ons—was set to be tabled.
And as first called by BBC Radio Lancashire’s Andy Bayes, Rovers and Roy Hodgson’s side are now closing in on a complete agreement, with Wharton now travelling down to London on Tuesday to put the finishing touches on a transfer.
Your point of view caught my eye and was very interesting. Thanks. I have a question for you.
