DETROIT — Situated just a few miles from Ford Field, Bullseye Event Group (Bullseye) has been hosting a Detroit Lions VIP tailgate
for home games throughout the regular season for the past three years. The tailgate, which is housed in Shed #5 at Detroit’s Eastern
Market (EM), has grown to be a regular destination for Lions (as well as rival team) supporters who want to spend a few hours before
kickoff enjoying delicious food and entertainment.
Bullseye, like the Lions, is getting ready for something unusual, though: a home playoff game for the Lions the following Sunday.
(WXYZ) — Due to the Detroit Lions’ success and the fact that there are many openings for head coaches going into the postseason,
coordinators are becoming even more sought after.
Tom Pelissero revealed on Monday night that two clubs had asked to speak with defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn and three teams
had asked to speak with offensive coordinator Ben Johnson.
According to Pelissero, the Washington Commanders and Los Angeles Chargers want to speak with both men for interviews. Johnson
was also asked to an interview by the Carolina Panthers.
Johnson was among the front-runners for head coach last season, but he chose to remain in Detroit.
Both of those men are more much deserving of the opportunity to be head coach candidates, head coach Dan Campbell stated on
Monday, “but until then, they’re with us.”
