As I recover from my injury, I’m feeling a mix of optimism and determination. The road to recovery hasn’t been easy, but every step
forward is a victory. The injury initially seemed daunting, but with the right treatment and an unwavering commitment to my
rehabilitation, I’m seeing significant improvements. Each day brings me closer to being back at my best, and the support from my
team, family, and fans has been incredibly motivating.
My physical therapist and trainers have been fantastic in crafting a tailored recovery plan that focuses on strengthening the affected
areas while ensuring I don’t push too hard too soon. This careful balance is crucial; it’s about regaining full functionality while also
maintaining overall fitness. I’ve been putting in the hours at the gym, working on flexibility, strength, and endurance. The focus is not
just on healing the injury but also on optimizing my performance to ensure I return stronger than ever.
Looking ahead, my primary goal is to compete in the Unadilla National. Unadilla has always been a significant event for me, and it’s
where I’ve had some of my most memorable races. The thought of returning to that track and being part of the action again is
incredibly exciting. I’m setting my sights on being fully prepared and ready to give my best performance.
Preparation for Unadilla involves a rigorous schedule, including practice runs, fine-tuning my bike setup, and working on my
technique. It’s all about getting back into race form and ensuring that every aspect of my performance is sharp. I’m focused on making
sure that when I line up at the start gate, I’m not just physically ready but mentally prepared to compete at the highest level.
The journey to Unadilla will be intense, but I’m embracing every challenge. With the continued support and my relentless drive, I’m
confident that I’ll be back stronger and ready to tackle the races ahead.
