On January 1, 2024, No. 1 Michigan will take on No. 4 Alabama in the Rose Bowl Game. For the first time since the
end of the 2006–07 season, the Wolverines will visit Pasadena again. Alabama, on the other hand, will go to
Pasadena on an extremely infrequent basis—they last visited in the 2009 BCS National Championship Game.
This one will be the subject of a lot of anticipation and discussion. Two of the best teams and most recognizable
brands in college football are Alabama and Michigan. On January 1st, they will be the target of a great deal of
attention and scrutiny.
Taylor Lewan, a former star player for Michigan, made an audacious prediction for the game over the weekend. He
believes that it won’t be close.
I saw a lot of movies about the Alabama Crimson Tide over the weekend. I can see that Michigan has superior
coaching and is a superior squad. The decade of the 2010s is over. Lewan made a daring prediction, “Michigan
should win by double digits.”
There are undoubtedly many people who will ultimately come out on the other side of things. Many Michigan critics
have questioned their abilities throughout the season and might believe Alabama will easily defeat them.
Issues with perception only arise when they don’t. On January 1, the matter will be resolved on the Pasadena field. As
there isn’t much to do till then save discussion, big predictions might come soon after this one.
