recent prospect to be linked to Michigan through the portal.

Following the departure of head coach Jimbo Fisher, Bisontis chose to use the transfer portal, as did many other

Aggies after finishing his rookie season this year. As a true freshman, Bisontis impressively started at right tackle in

all 12 of Texas A&M’s regular season games.

Given his season-long play, it should come as no surprise that Bisontis is rated firmly in the top-10 on both On3 and

247Sports.

According to Hayes Fawcett of On3, it is also not surprising that he is a sought-after commodity in the portal and

that, as of Saturday, he had gotten in touch with Michigan and 25 other universities. Georgia, LSU, Ohio State, Notre

Dame, and other prestigious universities are among those that have been in touch with Bisontis thus far.

It makes sense Michigan would want some offensive line support going into the 2024 campaign. LaDarius

Henderson, Zak Zinter, and Trevor Keegan are just a few of the starters who will graduate, so the Wolverines could

use some players up front with starting experience. In addition to his starts in the SEC against some of the finest

defenses in the country, Bisontis brings that to the table.

Although Bisontis played just at right tackle in 2023, he was recruited as an interior offensive lineman, so he may

possibly be able to add some versatility. Bisontis has experience in his back pocket.

According to the 247Sports Composite, Bisontis was a four-star prospect and the 46th-best player in the country as a

high school recruit. In addition to becoming the top player in the state, he attended Don Bosco Prep in New Jersey

throughout his high school career.
