The Crimson Tide are in California continuing their Rose Bowl preparation, led by one of the team’s newest players.
On Tuesday, LT Overton shared a video on his Instagram story of himself and the Alabama football team stepping off
a plane.
Earlier this month, the former defensive lineman for Texas A&M revealed via the transfer site that he was
transferring to Alabama.
A number of players from Alabama’s 2024 recruiting class are also practicing for bowl games with the Tide in an
effort to gain momentum for the upcoming football season.
Which newcomers from Alabama will be playing in the all-star games
Next month, there will be a large representation of Alabama in Florida and Texas. A number of the signees will take
part in the All-American Bowl in San Antonio, Texas on January 6 and the Under Armour All-America Game in
Orlando, Florida on January 3.
On December 29, players will arrive in Orlando, where they will rehearse on December 30, January 1, and January 2.
ESPN will air the game at 3 p.m. CT. On January 2, players will report to San Antonio. The Army All-American Bowl
was the previous name of the All-American Bowl, which will take place on NBC starting at 12 p.m. CT. Peacock will
also be streaming the game
The complete roster of Alabama signees for both games is as follows:
***During NBC’s live broadcast, four-star recruits Daniel Hill (RB) and Zay Mincey (S) will each make their college
announcements. The two surviving targets chose to hold off on making their identities public until after they had
already signed in private.
Woodyard and Brown have been practicing for the Rose Bowl on campus for more than a week. Following the game,
Beaman and Okoronkwo will join the Crimson Tide. Summer enrollment is planned for Jefferson.
For the All-American Bowl, Bama247 will be in San Antonio, Texas, and will cover the game on the boards. A
number of signees who are anticipated to play in the All-Star Games have been practicing for the Rose Bowl in
Tuscaloosa for more than a week. A comprehensive list of each signee’s early enrollment and enrollment plans is
