Indiana, Indianapolis Eight former Southeastern Conference student-athletes from two different schools have been chosen to play in
the 73rd NBA All-Star Game, which will take place in Indianapolis, Indiana, on February 18, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. ET. Of all the
conferences in the nation, the SEC offers the widest selection.
The former athletes taking part in this year’s mid-season classic are listed below.

Georgia’s Athens The Georgia Bulldogs lose their home-court rematch against the Florida Gators despite leading the entire first half.
The Bulldogs, who are currently 14-11 and 4-8 in the conference, are on a 6-game losing run, with this defeat not being their most
recent. In the SEC, the Gators are now 18-7 and 8-4.
UGA arrived and unleashed a ferocious first half. With 17:44 remaining in the half, the Bulldogs had completed a 10-4 scoring run
following their tip-off victory. With 16:23 remaining, graduate student guard Noah Thomasson led the Bulldogs to a 16-9 lead after

After another three-pointer from Pullin, UF reduced the lead to two (down 29–31). With 6:42 remaining, the lead was increased to 7
points thanks to a combined 5 points from senior guard Jabri Abdur-Rahim and senior guard Justin Hill (3 points from Abdur-Rahum
and 2 from Hill). After each side swapped baskets, the Bulldogs had a chance to extend the lead to ten points, but they were unable to
do so after missing four consecutive free throws in the final minute of the half. With 2:28 remaining, Thomas Haugh made a three-
point jumper to help the Gators cut the UGA advantage to just 2. With a minute and a half left, the Bulldogs responded with two field
goals from Thomasson and Hill to take a 1-0 lead into the locker room.
