Before the transfer window shuts, Leeds United is supposedly close to completing the acquisition of Everton defender Ben Godfrey.
Daniel Farke will be eager to add some defensive reinforcements before the transfer market closes later this week, having already lost
Luke Ayling and Djed Spence earlier in the January window.
Leeds, who are now ranked fourth in the Championship, have a huge second half of the season ahead of them if they hope to be
automatically promoted back to the Premier League.
A deal for Everton defender Godfrey is reportedly “close,” according to former England goalkeeper Paul Robinson, who may be the
perfect addition to give them the push they need to conclude on a high note.
